Notice of Public Hearing

Notice is being provided to you as required by the Illinois State Board of Education Waiver or Modification of State Board Rules and/or School Mandates Application process. The Board of Education of Allendale CCSD #17 will hold a Public Hearing Wednesday, May 21st, 2025 at 6:10 p.m. in the Library of the school located at 101 North 3rd Street, Allendale, Illinois.
The purpose of said hearing will be to waive the limitation on administrative costs for FY 2025 as authorized by Section 17-1.5 of the School Code.
Anyone wishing to appear at the public hearing to present testimony in regard to the tuition waiver is asked to contact Robert Bowser, Superintendent of Schools, 101 North 3rd Street, Allendale, Illinois, 62410 or call (618) 299-3161.
