- (1) MMR
- (1) Varicella
- (4) Pneumococcal
K:
- All of the pre-k vaccines plus:
- 1 more DTAP
- 1 more Polio
- 1 more MMR
- 1 more Varicella
6th:
- (1) TDAP
- (1) MCV
